My clients do regular check-ins on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. It helps them to take a step back to see the bigger picture, remind themselves of the progress they have made and flag up any issues that need addressing.
The weekly check-ins are a quick pulse check, whilst the monthly and quarterly reviews go deeper. All help me to help my clients better, in addition to the "projects" we are working on together.
I started to put together a summary of these to share with my clients so that they could learn from each other, however, I thought that it would be a good idea to turn them into a regular feature on my blog.
